WordPress is world’s most popular CMS, short for Content Management System. CMSs are used to build websites. WordPress began as a blogging platform but soon evolved into a full scale website building platform. WordPress is free to use, but makes use of themes to build websites.
Themes are what give a website built with WordPress their look and feel. There are free themes and premium themes. Premium themes are usually sold for a price. Premium themes come with enhanced functionalities. If you sign up to our Basic or Golden packages, we will build your website with a Premium theme at no cost to you. If you sign up for a Theme Development package, we will design and develop a custom theme for you.
Within 24 hours of confirmtion of your payment, we will send you an email with a unique project reference. We will then ask you for some information about your company with which will set up a Coming Soon page so that your website can go live straight away. We wiil then start work on your project following further consultation with you.
We aim to complete the Basic and Gold packages between one week and one month of all materials been supplied to us. If you want your website earlier just let us know and we’ll do our best to ensure it is ready. The theme development package can take up to 3 months.
We have developer Licence with 3 major Premium Themes provider. This lincense grants us the permission to use these themes for our clients’ projects.
When you purchase either the Basic or Golden packages, we will send you a link to the themes providers websites, where you will note the number of the theme of your choice with which we will build your website.
In the rear event that you do not like any of the themes we have made available to you, or if you have already purchased another theme from elsewhere, we are happy to use that for your projects.
We will do everything humanly possible to ensure that we generate you unique reference number and open your project file within 24 hrs of confirmation of payment. However, in the unlikely event that you don’t hear from us within that time frame, just drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and a member of our team will be in touch with you promptly.

You may continue to host your website with us for a fee, or you can migrate your website to a different web hosting provider.
To ease the payment process for them, we have made instalment payments available to our Theme Design and Development customers. First instalment of £5000 is due when you order your service. The balance of £4999 is due after the product has been approved, but before final delivery to customer.
We offer a 7 day refund policy. If for any reason you are not pleased following delivery of your work and we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will offer you a full refund if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
As soon as we deliver your completed website (when your website goes live), you will be provided with a login details to access your online WordPress training.
You will learn how to update your website, things such as updating contents, adding images, writing blog posts, adding categories, tagging, etc.
Trainings lasts for 3 months.
After your free period of supports ends, ongoing support is provided at £199 annually for each website.
After your free period of site maintenance ends, ongoing maintenance is provided at £120 per hour. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour.
Support is when you contact us with a problem you may be having, we tell you what to do, and you go ahead and do it yourself. On the other hand, maintenance is when you tell us about a problem or challenge you may be having, you ask us to fix it, we get to work while you grab a cup of coffee.
